fyi- saginaw is lacking at&t mobile coverage- I have one bar in the attic (the attic is teh awesomes though). Also, tomorrow I'll be driving through canada in the morning and during that time my cell will be off, so don't expect me to be reachable until about 1pm.

ingredients

lots of green onions. I'd got with 4 or 5. cut up the whole thing
one can of black beans. opened and drained.
shit ton of piping hot just cooked brown rice
two miso soup spoons (what are they really called?) of real yogurt (plain)
a lot of lime juice (fresh squeezed or whatever you have)
one microwaved yam, chopped into cubes.
(cilantro if you're into that )

MIX TOGETHER!!!!!


shred some cheese on top if you like

anyways, off to ithaca&cortland for 2 days, then back on monday. unfortunately, there are still people i haven't seen that im not going to see this time around. :/ i hope to get everyone in by the end of the summer though. i never intended my schedule to be so jam packed!

also, im thinking summer potluck monday night. details coming soon via cell as soon as i make my escape to ithaca and get there and eat.

if I have 4-5 hours to burn in San Francisco, what should I do?

plan A is to get picked up in the middle of the day and M then just won't go back to work, but plan B is for me to take the BART to someplace touristy and spend 4-5 hours doing something that will keep me occupied. I was thinking doing the aquarium (is it any good?) or a boat out to alcatraz island, but if there is something better I'd like to know. someplace where i can take with me or check a small rolley suitcase or a small hiking pack would be ideal. i would also be up for a big museum, any advise on the SFMOMA? basically i want to eat and then go to one place to avoid lugging my stuff (although it won't be a lot!) around.

Absolutely awesome weekend in Ithaca. Did a LOT of things, saw a good amount of people (not too few, not too many!). Currently I'm totally exhausted and totally happy. Will update later about all sorts of things, am off to a picnic now around the corner.

42F feels like 35... are they serious? I almost just left the house in sandals. This is the end of May.... not cool!

I know I should go like, frolic in the sun... but I'm just too exhausted. and my body hurts. I'd rather stay inside and rest now (maybe take a nap?) and go for a walk later tonight.
